The American Heart Association® and the American Medical Association recognizes practices across the country for their commitment to promoting and achieving better blood pressure control to reduce the number of Americans who have heart attacks and strokes.

As a Gold Level Award recipient, Southeast Mississippi Rural Health Initiative, Inc. (SeMRHI) reached 70 percent of blood pressure control or higher within their patient population. Congratulations!
